Return and Refund Policies

Cancel/Modify:
If you have to cancel or modify the order, you can do it within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at support@orscalina.us to modify/cancel the order. If you cancel the order, you will be charged a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 of the order value. This is a payment gateway fee, and we do not keep this fee.

Replace Products

If the item is not as described (e.g., wrong color, design, size, style, or poor quality), please provide proof that the item received is not as described, and our team will resend a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns

Return period: within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product is eligible for a full refund or replacement if it is in poor condition (damage, incorrect object, poor printing quality), if the packaging has been tampered with, or if it was damaged during delivery.

We do not accept returns for personalized products that are customized by you or if you have chosen the wrong size, color, or type.

Refunds

If you don’t receive your product within 45 business days from the purchase date, we will issue a 100% refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will typically be received within 5–10 business days.

NOTE: We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes, such as:

Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.
Failing to preview the design carefully to ensure it is well-set (our printing files are generated precisely as previewed on our website).
